By accessing or using CommissionCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

CommissionCoach is an AI-powered roleplay tool designed to help real estate professionals practice commission-related conversations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to simulate seller objections and provide coaching feedback. All AI-generated content is for educational and practice purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

Free accounts are limited to 3 practice sessions. Additional sessions require a paid subscription at the current listed price. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent session limits or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI seller personas and coaching feedback are generated by large language models. This content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific market or situation. CommissionCoach does not warrant that AI feedback reflects current laws, regulations, or best practices in real estate. Always consult a qualified professional for legal or compliance guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

The CommissionCoach platform, design, and underlying technology are owned by CommissionCoach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your session transcripts and inputs remain yours — we do not claim ownership over content you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL IMPROVE YOUR ACTUAL SALES PERFORMANCE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMISSIONCOACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST COMMISSIONS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
